What They're Looking For.
Must Have
fully licensed, ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in IL, minimum of one year of experience as a (PMHNP) specifically working with children and adolescents post clinicals, NPI Number, DEA number, or you’re open to acquiring one, reliable, high-speed internet access with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Nice to Have
Bilingual English / Spanish highly preferred, Commitment to working with diverse populations and diagnoses, Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team, Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting, 3 years and up
What You'll Do.
Provide psychiatric services to individuals who otherwise may not have access to care
Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with Fort Health’s network of licensed therapists
Adhere to Fort Health’s platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training
Provide unparalleled clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform
Provide software and operational feedback to Fort Health’s in-house engineering and operational teams to improve products
workflows and care delivery
Implement medication treatment plans for mild to moderate disorders in a virtual clinic (i. e. telehealth) setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians
along with outside providers
Ability to message between sessions to support patients and communicate with other internal providers
Engage and collaborate in clinical meetings
and team meetings as appropriate
