Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of Arizona, National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Minimum of 1 year of experience providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications (under supervision or independently), A private, HIPAA-compliant space to conduct telehealth appointments
