What You'll Do.
Assist clubhouse members
Focus on skill development
Focus on resource development
Increase member independence
Work with members in clubhouse units
Maintain responsibility for unit work
Maintain unit supplies
Demonstrate good communication with members
Encourage member participation
Demonstrate psychosocial rehabilitation skills
Assist with individualized goals
Educate participants about benefits
Assist with social security
Coordinate training for members
Coordinate support for members
Document job placements
Ensure placement obligations are fulfilled
Complete documentation
Maintain confidentiality
Maintain safety at clubhouse
Use equipment properly
Use safety precautions
Be aware of safety hazards
Maintain good safety record
Assist with general clubhouse duties
Maintain excellent attendance
Attend mandatory trainings
Remain in compliance with trainings
Participate in meetings
