Bachelor's degree in technical discipline, 10+ years total experience, 5+ years experience in technology licensing, 5+ years experience in business operations, 5+ years experience in strategy, 5+ years experience in M&A, Experience in hydrocarbon industries, Experience in energy industries, Experience in energy transition industries, Financial analysis experience, Strategic marketing experience, Experience in dealing with commercial contracts, Experience with Alliance Agreements, Experience with Joint Development Agreements, Experience with License Agreements, Experience with Engineering Agreements, Experience with Guarantee Agreements, Knowledge of relevant process technologies, Excellent oral communication skills, Excellent written communication skills
