Administrative skills, Accurate keying / data input skills, Proficient in MS packages including Word, Excel and Outlook, Excellent communication skills both oral and written, High level of accuracy and attention to detail, Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to analyse customer needs, Ability to prioritise workload efficiently, Ability to multitask, Ability to work methodically and calmly under pressure, organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, Ability to self-motivate, Proactive in approach, Flexible attitude, Able to deal with customers in patient & friendly manner, Team player, Telecoms/ISP experience, Data and Ethernet knowledge
Nice to Have
Experience gained in a non-ISP background will, however, still be considered, working knowledge of CRM or ERP is highly desirable, Willing to go the ‘extra mile’, views customer excellence as a personal objective

Managing end to end circuit provisioning
Taking ownership of orders
Managing customer accounts
Building relationships with customers
Issuing regular status updates
Creating customer paperwork
Liaising with operational teams
Updating internal systems
Providing administrative support
