What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day provisioning activities
Ensure services are delivered efficiently
Act as a key point of contact
Coordinate resources for service delivery
Handle incoming calls into the department
Assist in the planning and execution of projects
Support the definition of project scope
Help coordinate pre-kick-off meetings
Assist in defining project tasks
Support the coordination of resources
Monitor project progress
Assist in preparing reports
Support the implementation of project changes
Participate in project evaluations
Adhere to company policies
