What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance targets, Ability to travel throughout assigned territory(50% travel/ 50% remote office)
Nice to Have
Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Paralegal degree a plus, Paralegal, legal, provider, account management and/or outside sales experience a plus
What You'll Do.
Report to the SVP of Provider Development
Maintain and grow a personal book of business
Own market pipeline health
Drive accountability to sales process
Partner with Provider Account Management
Execute core leadership responsibilities
Identify and secure strategic growth opportunities
Lead contract negotiations
Deliver compelling presentations
Provide ongoing market intelligence
Travel 40–50% within the assigned territory
Represent the company at industry events
Demonstrate and position MoveDocs solutions
Participate in key internal operating cadences

This is a remote, travel-based producing leadership role responsible for driving growth within a designated market (East or West) while leading a team of Provider Development Executives (PDEs). This role balances individual production with team leadership, owning market-level performance against revenue and budget targets. **The West Market includes the Southern, Mountain, and West regions.** Candidates are expected to reside within their assigned territory. This leader will build, coach, and manage a geographically distributed team responsible for expanding our network of medical providers. In addition to driving new provider acquisition, the team identifies opportunities to structure bulk or flow-based receivables
