Must Have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship management skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, Proven ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance targets, Ability to travel throughout assigned territory(50% travel/ 50% remote office)
Nice to Have
Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Paralegal degree a plus, Paralegal, legal, provider, account management and/or outside sales experience a plus

Drive growth within a designated market
Lead a team of Provider Development Executives
Balance individual production with team leadership
Own market-level performance against targets
and manage a geographically distributed team
Expand our network of medical providers
Structure bulk or flow-based receivables purchase agreements
Ensure disciplined execution against strategic priorities
Deliver consistent growth
Deepen customer relationships
Partner cross-functionally to advance business initiatives
Report to the SVP of Provider Development
Partner closely with Firm Development
Partner closely with Shared Services
Drive strategy execution
Drive business outcomes
Maintain and grow a personal book of business
Contribute directly to market performance
