What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree or equivalent professional experience, 3–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, provider contracting, or a related commercial role, verbal and written communication skills, Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills, analytical and critical‑thinking capabilities, Proven ability to analyze data and develop basic cost and financial models, Professional English, native Eastern-European language is a must
Nice to Have
familiarity with Project and Visio is an advantage, any additional language is a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage contracting activities and provider relationships within an assigned portfolio of countries or territories
Control the execution of the relationship with the medical providers based on agreed spend thresholds and operational relevance
Supervise the assigned provider relationship team to ensure the provider relationship management meets the established standards
Support and execute negotiation strategies with healthcare providers
and project the financial impact of provider contracts and alternative contract terms
and update existing provider agreements
Ensure effective administration of provider agreements
Track and monitor financial and operational performance of provider contracts
Identify cost containment and optimization opportunities
Perform service area and cost analyses
Manage operational relationships with existing and new third‑party vendors
Monitor quality of services delivered by contracted providers
Act as a subject‑matter reference for provider agreements
and reimbursement practices
Support junior provider negotiators or analysts
Resolve non‑routine operational issues escalated from junior team members
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Clinical, Provider Service Operations, Commercial, Client Management, and Strategy teams; work effectively across departments, matrix partners, and geographically dispersed teams
Communication Scope
verbal and written communication skills; communicate and influence stakeholders at different levels
Process & Methodology
manage work plans, track progress against defined metrics
