What You'll Do.
Identify high-wealth major gift prospects
Manage information for identification
Increase philanthropic support from companies and foundations
Collaborate with Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations
Perform complex analytics
Design and utilize online business intelligence tools
Perform robust data mining
Utilize sophisticated constituent databases
Perform predictive modeling
Create data models to rank prospect affinity
Develop models to support planning
Analyze constituencies and forecast behavior
Employ multiple screening strategies and methodologies
Recommend high-wealth individuals for boards
Vet names submitted by existing board members
Provide relationship management services
Assign new prospects to gift officers
Monitor prospect portfolios
Track prospect stages
Prioritize and manage prospect portfolios
Identify best prospects for discovery calls
Train gift officers on business intelligence tools
Provide portfolio review services
Investigate financial status
Research history of relationship with WFBMC
Investigate family history
community affiliations
and personal interests
Analyze corporate financial data and industry trends
Obtain detailed financial disclosures
Prepare reports for leadership
Identify potential donors from patient records
Evaluate ability and propensity to give a major
Identify and access all pertinent reference sources
Manage large projects including electronic wealth screenings
Define pool to be screened
Manage screening results
Record and present new prospects for management
Alert Development Officers of changes in prospect's status
Develop and maintain a network of contacts
Participate in professional development activities
Keep abreast of Triad Area 'movers and shakers'
Maintain membership and stay active in APRA-Carolinas
Attend chapter and national meetings
