Want to join our team as a PROSHARP Sales Advisor? As a PROSHARP Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for building and executing sales targets, driving sell-thru using demos and staff training, and identifying replenishment opportunities across the skate ecosystem. You'll also manage your territory budget and play a key role in activating the brand at the grassroots and retail levels. If you're an activation specialist who thrives on ownership and results, we want to hear from you. Candidates should be located in the Calgary or Edmonton area to cover the Western Canada region. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: Drive territory results with our retail partners within your territory for both commercial and home machines, working hand in hand with the Bauer sales reps within your territory. Lead on-ice demos, in-store training and education of machines. Manage your travel and expense budget, providing quarterly check-ins. Provide basic service on commercial machines, and ensure dealers are signing up for annual service through the booking services calendar.
