Proprietary Programs Test Operations & Engineering Senior Leader **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a **Proprietary Programs Test Operations & Engineering Senior Leader **to join our Boeing Test & Evaluation team supporting Air Dominance, Phantom Works & Weapons programs. The selected candidate will lead a diverse team of engineering management first line leaders and individual contributors across multiple engineering skills in support of flight test activities. **Position Responsibilities:** * Effectively interact with program leadership, customer stakeholders, and business unit partners * Responsible for setting up new program support requirements to include systems, tools and staffing * Knowledgeable of Design Engineering principles and tools * Knowledgeable of Production Engineering principles and tools * Responsible for leading and implementing effective RCCA’s (root cause corrective action) * Responsible for program integrated product team for test deliverables within Test Operations & Engineering **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) * Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement * 3+ years of experience managing a team or 5+ years of experience leading an engineering team **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * An active U.S. **Top** Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
