Role Summary: The Proposal Writer is responsible for developing compliant, compelling, and technically accurate proposal content for U. S. Government solicitations, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and BAAs. This role works closely with engineering, program management, capture teams, and subject matter experts to translate complex aerospace technologies, programs, and capabilities into persuasive proposal narratives that align with federal acquisition requirements. The Proposal Writer ensures all proposal materials meet solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance standards while clearly articulating the company’s technical strengths, innovation, and mission impact. Essential Responsibilities: Write, edit, and format proposal volumes for federal aerospace and defense opportunities. Translate technical aerospace concepts (UAS, avionics, propulsion, ISR systems, autonomy, etc.) into clear proposal language. Develop narrative responses aligned with evaluation criteria, statement of work (SOW), and instructions to offerors.
