The Challenge of the Proposal Specialist in a few words The Proposal Specialist is seen as the Project Manager of each proposal as it entails expertise in coordination, financial aspects and great organizational skills. Your contribution in the role of Proposal Specialist: * You manage multiple RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs simultaneously, setting clear priorities and ensuring all deadlines are met * You collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, Legal) to deliver proposals that align with client expectations and internal standards * You prepare high-quality proposal documents and coordinate all inputs required to define accurate effort and cost estimates * You review contractual and legal terms in close partnership with the Legal team * You ensure compliance with regulations related to governmental customers (e.g. pricing regulations, public tendering, export control, classification, and secur
