What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma, 4 years related experience with Bachelor's degree, 8 years related experienced without Bachelor's degree, Experience with cost proposal preparation, Knowledge and experience with developing budgets for all non-time and material (T&M) contract, cooperative agreements, and grant types, Ability to obtain a U. S. security clearance

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar disciplines, Experience in Adaptive Planning and Pro Pricer, Limited familiarity with federal contracts and FAR (Federal Access Regulations)

What You'll Do.

Perform proposal pricing

Perform financial analyses

Develop budgets for proposals

Determine staffing mixes

Determine labor categories

Develop budgets matching scope

Ensure appropriately budgeted staff

Ensure appropriately budgeted vendors

Ensure appropriately budgeted subcontractors

Ensure appropriately budgeted other direct costs

Develop business/pricing volumes

Include financial information

Include organizational information

Include necessary exceptions

Participate in pricing color team meetings

Provide alternative pricing scenarios

Put budgets into client format

Support cross-divisional trainings

Contribute to internal team trainings

Work on process improvements

Maintain routine pricing content

Lead pricing on opportunities

Serve as interface with Principal Investigators

Serve as interface with proposal management

Ensure compliant pricing

Ensure competitive pricing

Manage cost volume development

Vet budget justifications

Ensure alignment of budget

Ensure alignment of price volume

Ensure consistency with proposal documents

Ensure accuracy of content

Create budget justification

Incorporate RFP pricing requirements

Incorporate contractual components

Incorporate compliance

Provide guidance to Pricing Specialists

Update pricing information

Document pricing processes

Refine pricing procedures

Drive operational efficiencies

Support training development

Work closely with proposal development

Work closely with contracts and grants
