Nice to Have
Four-year degree in a relevant field, or a comparable mix of education and experience, Around 10 years of progressive proposal management experience, 3–5 years leading people in a federal proposal or business development environment, Professional credentials such as APMP (any level), PMP, or Shipley training/certification, Security clearance desired but not required, ability to obtain a security clearance

Proactively manage stakeholder relationships (capture

Support team growth by recruiting
and mentoring proposal professionals
Analyze federal solicitations and build clear compliance matrices
and annotated outlines
Lead end-to-end proposal efforts
and graphics/desktop publishing to produce winning submissions
Run proposal kick-offs
and recovery activities
Develop key non-technical content (custom cover letters
Support interview/oral preparation
including storyboards
Lead lessons-learned reviews and turn insights into better processes

Collaborating with capture, business development, operations, SMEs, and graphics/desktop publishing teams; Keeping senior leadership in the loop on strategies, risks, and progress; Building and sustaining trusted relationships with capture leaders, operations, technical teams
