POSITION SUMMARY The Proposal Manager will partner with the Federal team and will own the end-to-end proposal development process for assigned opportunities . This role functions as a program manager for each proposal: building and driving a detailed schedule (POA&M), coordinating all internal contributors including Legal and Finance, ensuring review windows are met, and delivering a compliant, competitive, and complete submission on time. The Proposal Manager is accountable for the quality and timeliness of Hadrian's proposal products and for maintaining the knowledge infrastructure that supports proposal development across the department.
