What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 - 8 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination, project management, proposals, for the AEC industry, project management skills, Advanced writing skills, Proficiency with MS Office tools, Comfortable with and willingness to use CoPilot and other AI tools
Nice to Have
A degree in relevant field (i. e. , Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or similar), A collaborative mindset, listening skills, The confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels, The initiative to proactively engage subject matter experts

Lead end‑to‑end proposal development
Coordinate proposal activities
Develop and manage proposal schedules
Contribute and refine proposal content
Oversee supporting requirements
Support broader WinWork and growth initiatives

Team & Collaboration
Partner with capture, BD, technical, legal, commercial, marketing, and graphics teams; Work with stakeholders at all levels; Engage subject matter experts
Communication Scope
Advanced writing skills; Translate complex technical information into client-centric narratives; Clear, compelling narratives; Listening skills
Process & Methodology
Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, Develop and manage proposal schedules, Drive clarity, accountability, and timely progress
