What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 - 8 years of relevant experience in proposal coordination, project management, proposals, for the AEC industry, project management skills, Advanced writing skills, Proficiency with MS Office tools, Comfortable with and willingness to use CoPilot and other AI tools
Nice to Have
Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or similar

Lead end-to-end proposal development
Coordinate proposal activities
Develop and manage proposal schedules
Contribute and refine proposal content
Oversee supporting requirements
Support broader WinWork and growth initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with capture, BD, technical, legal, commercial, marketing, and graphics teams; Work with stakeholders at all levels
Communication Scope
Advanced writing skills; Translate complex technical information into clear, compelling narratives; Clear communication
Process & Methodology
Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, Develop and manage proposal schedules, Maintain clear communication across all participants
