What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 5 years of work experience in pre-sales and offering engineer roles, Good knowledge of process, technical, and technological issues in ICT/AI/Cloud/CyberSecurity, Writing technical documents for proposing solutions and/or PoCs to clients, Writing technical proposals, cost and risk assessment during the offer phase or in response to Tenders, RFQ and RFP, Knowledge of technical-legal aspects in the reference context, Analysis of ICT systems, Knowledge of wired and wireless telecommunication networks, Knowledge of cloud architectures and migration principles, Knowledge of devops and devsecops methodologies, Excellent knowledge of the main Operating Systems (Microsoft, Unix, Linux), Excellent knowledge of Cyber Security issues and reference frameworks for Public Administrations (e.g. NIS 2, ACN directives), Good knowledge of Virtualization systems (VMWare, KVM), Good knowledge of Cloud infrastructures (AWS, Google, Azure), Good knowledge of relational databases (Mysql Oracle) and NoSQL, Consolidated background on telecommunication networks and TCP/IP protocol, Knowledge of the English language at least level B2

Master's degrees and/or specific courses as Project Manager, Certifications in AI and ML
What You'll Do.
Proposing and evaluating costs for new commercial initiatives
Producing technical/economic documentation for new commercial initiatives
Providing technical support to sales colleagues as a Pre-sales engineer
Coordinating with other organizational units for commercial initiatives
Supporting initial phases of solution delivery
Participating in working groups with clients and divisional engineering resources
Coordinating as Technical Authority for Proof of Concepts and/or solution delivery

All’interno dell’Area**Cyber & Security Solutions**, stiamo ricercando un/a **Proposal Engineer** la nostra sede di **Roma Laurentina.** La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività: * Si occuperà della proposizione, valutazione dei costi, produzione di documentazione tecnico/economica sulle nuove iniziative commerciali della “LOB” operando nell’ingegneria di Offerta. * Fornirà supporto tecnico ai colleghi delle vendite come “Pre-sales” engineer in coordinamento con le altre unità organizzative della Linea di Business "Police Forces & Homeland Security" e divisionali effettuando e/o coordinando iniziative di proposizione verso i clienti della linea di business delle soluzioni e dei servizi. * Darà supporto nelle fasi iniziali della delivery delle soluzioni alle UO ed agli stakeholders convolti nel processo; * Partecipazione a tavoli di lavoro con il cliente e le risorse ingegneristiche divisionali. * Coordinamento in qualità di “Technical Authority” per le Proof Of Concept e/o delivery delle soluzioni contrattualizzate; **REQUISITI** **Titolo di studio:** * Titolo di Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in discipline STEM, preferibilmente in ingegneria informatica, informatica, elettronica/telecomunicazioni; * Eventuali Master e/o corsi specifici come Project Manager saranno considerati un plus. **Seniority** Expert/
