What You'll Achieve.

achieve compliance with all relevant statutory authorities; timely preparation of the annual Fire Safety Statement; timely delivery within financial parameters; ensure contractors comply with contract terms; ensure minimum disruption to tenants

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Exposure to tenancy fitout management, capital expenditure delivery, project management

What You'll Do.

Interface and management of redevelopment and refurbishment projects

Co-ordination of day-to-day operations

Overseeing implementation and adherence to policies

Ensure compliance with statutory authorities

Ensure certification is obtained

Ensure compliance with Environmental and Workplace Health and Safety

Conduct periodic review of work practices

Co-ordinate management of property services

Work effectively with stakeholders

Periodically inspect the building and plant

Co-ordinate specialist contractors

Involved in development and maintenance of property due diligence

On-going maintenance of Planned Preventative Maintenance System

Implementation and maintenance of safety and environmental initiatives

Procurement of materials and spare parts

Identification and implementation of conservation initiatives

Involved in preparation of tender and contract documentation

Co-ordinate contractors involved in tenant refurbishment

promote and enact WHS program

Involved in preparing annual budgets

Monitoring and updating budgets

Provide input into monthly reports

and statistics are gathered

Involved in preparation of auditing and management review

Working closely with the Property Services Supervisor; Work effectively with all stakeholders involved in the repositioning works; Communicate with people at all levels; Manage stakeholders through project and repositioning works; Reporting any works required to the relevant team members
