Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Job Purpose:** To manage day-to-day property maintenance operations, respond to tenant requests, coordinate with contractors, and ensure the property is maintained in good, clean, and tenantable condition in accordance with JLL standards and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** **Maintenance Request Management** * Respond to tenants' maintenance requests within stipulated timeframes: 3 days for normal requests, 1 day for urgent requests, and same business day for immediate requests. * Conduct site investigations and prepare taking off with photos within 1 day of completion, submitting to Manager for issuance of work orders to term contractors for maintenance, repairs, or replacement works. * Monitor work progress and ensure term contractors complete repair works within 2 weeks for normal requests and within 1 day for immediate requests. * Confirm that repair works are carried out in accordance with specifications and procedures. **Contractor and Vendor Management** * Monitor contractor performance closely and supervise all repairs for routine maintenance works undertaken by various contractors to ensure proper execution. * Liaise with respective contractors and specialists for works carried out at the site, monitoring and reporting contractors' call-back performance and following up on contractors' reports and feedback immediately. **Property Condition Management** * Manage, maintain, and ensur
