What You'll Do.

Conduct daily checks for cleaning and landscape maintenance

Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Job Purpose** To manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and service delivery of assigned property/properties, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, client requirements, and regulatory standards while maintaining high service levels and stakeholder satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** **Property Operations & Maintenance** * To conduct daily checks to ensure that the common areas are cleaned, and the landscape is maintained * To conduct daily checks on the other common property not maintained by a term contractor to ensure their soundness and proper maintenance * Ensure that the maintenance regimes and schedules of the site are carried out as planned * Ensure that due diligence is observed and exercised on the maintenance and upkeep of the building installations and systems at site * Ensure the site is in good condition at all times * Ensure all facilities at the site are in good working condition at all times * Ensure all safety aspects, eliminating risk of damage and fallen objects **Contractor & Vendor Management** * To conduct regular inspections with the term contractors (cleaning, pest control, fire protection system, landscape, lift/escalators) to ensure that the services are carried out/maintained to the standard set by the Management and or the authorities * Co-ordinate and execute maintenance and tenancy works promptly **Client & Stakeholder Management** * To liaise
