What You'll Do.
Conduct daily checks for cleaning and landscape maintenance
Conduct daily checks on property maintenance
Ensure maintenance regimes and schedules are carried out
Observe due diligence on building installations and systems
Ensure site is in good condition
Ensure all facilities are in good working condition
Ensure all safety aspects
Conduct regular inspections with term contractors
Coordinate and execute maintenance and tenancy works
Liaise with Client on site maintenance matters
Ensure Client's instructions are carried out
Prepare and submit Management Reports to Client
Ensure prompt delivery of services
Liaise and meet with tenants for renewals/feedback
Monthly dialogue with tenants/customer engagement
Ensure full compliance of Contract Specifications
Ensure services are carried out per Client's guidelines
Vet documents and submissions for accuracy
Ensure proper records of transactions and accounts
Manage green leases at sites
Ensure feedback and complaints are attended to
Attend and follow up on crisis management
Lead Technical Officers in management and maintenance
Monitor staff performance
Propose/recommend improvement
repairs and upgrading works
organize and implement work programmes and projects
plan and execute yearly improvement works
Conduct site inspections weekly
Collate information from sites
Ensure car park operations is in order

Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Job Purpose** To manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and service delivery of assigned property/properties, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, client requirements, and regulatory standards while maintaining high service levels and stakeholder satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** **Property Operations & Maintenance** * To conduct daily checks to ensure that the common areas are cleaned, and the landscape is maintained * To conduct daily checks on the other common property not maintained by a term contractor to ensure their soundness and proper maintenance * Ensure that the maintenance regimes and schedules of the site are carried out as planned * Ensure that due diligence is observed and exercised on the maintenance and upkeep of the building installations and systems at site * Ensure the site is in good condition at all times * Ensure all facilities at the site are in good working condition at all times * Ensure all safety aspects, eliminating risk of damage and fallen objects **Contractor & Vendor Management** * To conduct regular inspections with the term contractors (cleaning, pest control, fire protection system, landscape, lift/escalators) to ensure that the services are carried out/maintained to the standard set by the Management and or the authorities * Co-ordinate and execute maintenance and tenancy works promptly **Client & Stakeholder Management** * To liaise
