Eligibility Requirements

Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Five years prior experience working in a residential property manager capacity, Valid state-issued driver’s license, Knowledgeable of general accounting practices, accrual-based accounting, and reserving for bad debt

Nice to Have

Brokerage License or Real Estate Salesperson License or willingness to receive license within first 90 days of employment

What You'll Do.

Confirm building amenity pricing

Approve rents and concessions

Work closely with resident services

Ensure marketing plans are achieving results

Ensure all residential leases are executed

Review rent roll and occupancy status

Track rent collection

Create and deliver annual budgets

Report on property’s financial performance

Ensure building operating systems are maintained

Understand market comp set

Build relationships with local businesses

Create a monthly preventive maintenance calendar

Monitor and control property expenditures

Inspect the property daily/weekly

Assign and delegate tasks

Establish standardized management practices

Adhere to rent control policies

Maintain a first-class management office

Provide inspired leadership to team

Evaluate service providers and contractors

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with resident services and leasing teams; Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor; Provide inspired leadership to your team; Create a collaborative and engaging work environment; Coach the team in differentiating CIM’s properties

Communication Scope

Read and interpret documents; Write correspondence and reports; Present information to residents, vendors, contractors, and employees; Analyze and interpret lease agreements, financial reports, and legal documents; Respond to inquiries or complaints; Good verbal communication
