JLL has a great opportunity to join our growing Industrial Property Management team in San Diego. Our office is located near La Jolla (UTC area) and will be supporting an Institutional portfolio. The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial properties. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients.
