JLL has a great opportunity to join our growing Industrial Property Management team in San Diego. Our office is located near La Jolla (UTC area) and will be supporting an Institutional portfolio. The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial properties. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting. _**What You 'll Be Doing**_ * Providing an experiential approach which guides a differentiated property management experience, resulting in better care and better business * Support the exponential growth of our business by providing people integration and synergy * Develop our people for bigger and better roles * Supporting ambitions beyond the workplace * Applying new technology and data to drive change ** _Managing industry changing properties_** As the Property Manager (PM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an industrial portfolio.
