We have a fantastic Property Manager opportunity available! Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience. Location: Bexley at Tech Ridge - 342 units, team of 7 Pay: Salaries are competitive and based on experience + Quarterly experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred.
