Prodigy Properties is currently seeking a Property Manager. This position will be responsible for the direct management oversight of a variety of property asset classes including commercial, retail, multifamily and residential. This role will be primarily responsible for managing properties that are bank owned or in receivership. Responsibilities Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties Coordinate property maintenance and inspections Respond to emergency calls and ensure resolution Manage leases, deposits, rent collection, and agreement compliance Complete paperwork for housing assistance programs Resolve tenant complaints, violations, and issues Manage evictions as needed Prepare annual budgets and report on financial performance Track lease dates and report vacancies, tenant data, and property conditions Manage on-site staff, vendors, and contractors Prepare CAM reconciliations Build and maintain tenant relationships Prepare purchase orders and approve invoices Maintain COIs for tenants and coordinate contractors Market vacant spaces to attract tenants as needed Handle move-out reconciliations, damage checks, and deposit returns per state law Communicate issues and recommendations to management Enter data into property management software Qualifications Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Proven ability to comply with operational policies and procedures, codes, and regulations Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Strong relationship management, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Experience with Rent Manager, Yardi, and/or Entrata, preferred
