This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the property management team on a national portfolio. You will have proactive stakeholder engagement, exceptional property management expertise, and the ability to deliver outstanding service outcomes that support our client's business objectives. While this is a hybrid role offering workplace flexibility, the successful candidate must be able to attend our Sydney CBD office a minimum of three days per week. **Role overview:** * Proactively develop and manage relationships with Landlords, Sub-Tenants, and the Client, acting as first point of contact for all communications, preventative maintenance, capital works, and emergency situations * Monitor and manage all landlord responsibility work orders to resolution within 30 days, ensuring compliance with lease obligations, legislation, and OH&S requirements * Support make-good processes, lease terminations, and facilitate onsite handbacks with Landlords at expiry or determination * Maintain lease information database (Portfolio) with >98% data accuracy in collaboration with the Lease Administration team * Manage property operating expenditure including budget preparation, debtors management, reporting, and timely payment of ren
