Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects while managing vendor relationships and service contracts. Implement preventive maintenance programs to protect asset value and minimize operational disruptions. **Financial Management** Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, monitoring variances and implementing cost-control measures. Oversee accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and financial reporting. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and expense reduction.
