Submit site safety cross data
Submit service partner attendance
Approve service partner invoices
Submit site attendance and cost sheet
Upload approved cost sheet
Submit CIEL staff attendance
Approve CIEL HR invoice
Submit JLL invoices to client
Conduct JLL performance evaluations
Maintain invoice tracker
Follow up with client for outstanding payments
Conduct MMR review with client
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
Conduct Annual Business Reviews
Raise requisitions on Workday
Mark attendance on Overview portal
Approve site staff attendance
Initiate contract renewal process
Align candidates for client interview
Conduct daily site rounds
Share site observations
Ensure SME visits site
Submit audit closures
Review audit report with client
Upload vendor contract agreements
Report site incidents immediately
Upload incident report with RCA
Handle resident service requests
Handle resident complaints
Take feedback on complaints
Maintain site master tracker
Mark leaves on Workday portal
Email client and Operations Manager for leave approval
Ensure no manipulation of site documentation
Conduct subject matter training

Your role will be to ensure smooth operations at the facility/site by enhancing efficiency using innovation and technology. Your role will encompass and not be limited to: # * Roles & Responsibilities* * * 1\. Submit your site MBR data to the Operations Manager by the 1st of each month. * 2\. Submit your site safety cross data to the Operations Manager, Fire & Safety SME, and EHS SME by the 1st of each month. * 3\. Submit the attendance of service partners' teams with proper approval by the 1st of each month. * 4\. Follow up with service partners for E-Invoices and approve them on or before the 4th of each month. * 5\. Submit your site attendance and cost sheet to the client for approval by the 5th of each month. * 6\. Upload the approved cost sheet on the Overview portal by the 7th of each month, informing the JLL finance and operations teams via email. * 7\. Submit your site MMR by the 9th of each month. * 8\. Submit KADence data on the Overview portal by the 10th of each month without fail. * 9\. Submit CIEL staff attendance to CIEL HR by the 15th of each month. * 10\.
