Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. * Maintains the Management office and is responsible for all day-to-day operations and activities * Maintains an effective command over all services (housekeeping, security, M&E, customer care services, horticulture, club house management, fire fighting services, etc.) * Monitor activities towards effective service delivery * Proactive liaison with local municipal authorities * Assists in administration activities * Monitors invoice processing for management approval * Assists with the administration of inventory control programs and systems * Coordinates approval of contracts, notices and other time-sensitive documents * Tracks the AMC / Warranty / Defect Liability Period of the installed equipment and coordinate for appropriate actions accordingly * Writes vendor contract specifications * Manages critical relationships with client, residents and key vendors * Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors * Responds quickly to emergency situations * Works with Subject Matter Experts to coordinate all building fire/life safety drills * Schedules and coordinates meetings/special events as requested * Ensures quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution **Location:** On-site –Kolkata, WB **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
