Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field, Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate or property management experience, Demonstrated success managing operating budgets, capital projects, and financial reporting, client relationship management, communication, and organizational skills, Knowledge of building operations, construction projects, and vendor management, Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite, Valid Real Estate License or ability to obtain within the required timeframe
Nice to Have
Experience managing life science, laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical, or R&D facilities, Professional certifications such as LEED GA, RPA, CPM, or equivalent industry credentials, Experience managing institutional ownership relationships and life science portfolios, Knowledge of laboratory infrastructure and critical building systems

The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for the day-to-day management, financial performance, operations, and tenant satisfaction of a commercial real estate portfolio. This role is accountable for executing property strategies, achieving operating objectives, managing vendor and service provider relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients and tenants. The ideal candidate will have experience managing life science and laboratory facilities and a strong understanding of the operational, financial, and tenant service requirements associated with these environments.
