What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience, 5+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries, A leadership track record, An impeccable client and customer relationship track record, Revenue, budget and P&L management
What You'll Do.
Lead by example and be a role model

Manage financial performance of the property
Create and deliver financial and operational reports
Cultivate and maintain relationships and loyalty
Maintain expert level competitive marketplace intelligence
Partner with consumer marketing
Ensure consistent guest satisfaction
