Must Have
Customer service experience, written and verbal English communication skills, Highly organized with attention to detail, Proactive and responsive with a commitment to follow-through and clear communication, Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, Comfortable working in a fast-paced but relaxed team environment supporting multiple properties
Nice to Have
Experience supporting condominium associations, HOAs, or residential property management environments, Familiarity with property management software such as Buildium or AppFolio, Experience coordinating maintenance requests, documentation requests, or vendor communications
What You'll Do.
Serve as customer service touchpoint
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance
Monitor ongoing issues until resolution
Maintain and update association records
Track and organize key association information
Assist with administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal teams
Schedule and manage social media posts
Maintain organized documentation
Escalate complex issues
Support team in maintaining operations
