What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be 18 years of age or older, Basic technical skills and general experience working with property assets required, Proficiency in operating power tools, HVAC, wet/dry vacuum and other powered equipment, skills in managing vendor relationships, ensuring accountability, and achieving quality service results, Effective communication skills and the ability to use technology and multiple communication devices, Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently and provide support to store team, Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, Climb up and down ladders, Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds without the assistance of others., Flexible work schedule that aligns to all operating hours (e.g. , nights, weekends and holidays); regular and prompt attendance necessary, Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc., Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
Nice to Have
1+ years of technical education preferred in some of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing and/or experience working in any of the following areas: basic door repair, HVAC filter changing, carpentry, power equipment/mechanical repair and basic equipment troubleshooting

Work with vendors and influencing timely completion
Influence store team on project work
Life Safety Power Systems and Electrical equipment
Understand repair versus replace and managing cost
Deliver guest experience commitments
Ensure team understands and delivers guest experience
Observe and provide feedback
Review outcome metrics to identify opportunities
Utilize technology to complete work orders
Perform preventive maintenance on building assets
Follow appropriate safety procedures
Teach and train store team on safety
Identify and perform corrective maintenance
Inform and engage store leadership on priorities
Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing best practices
Evaluate store brand and ensure assets meet standards
Assist in executing special projects
Ensure internal and external work orders are completed safely
Assist in managing emergency situations
Demonstrate inclusivity

Cross-functional coordination with store teams; Influencing store team to align with PM priorities; Partnering with store team on PM assets and service strategies; Managing emergency situations in partnership with store and field leaders
