End-to-end maintenance lifecycle ownership; Ensure maintenance requests handled quickly, correctly, completely; Reduce emergency repairs through proactive planning; SLA compliance: Emergencies < 24 hours; SLA compliance: Standard requests < 72 hours; High tenant satisfaction scores; High vendor completion rates; High invoice accuracy; High preventive maintenance completion %; Zero compliance or safety issues; High ownership across operations; Direct impact on tenant satisfaction; Direct impact on property performance; Exposure to real estate operations at scale; Clear path into Property Operations Manager / Portfolio Manager; Ensure nothing falls through the cracks; Ensure every issue gets resolved properly

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years in Property management, 2+ years in Maintenance coordination, Hands-on experience with Yardi / AppFolio / Buildium, Organizational and multitasking ability, Experience with Vendor scheduling, Experience with Invoice review, Experience with Maintenance workflows, Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Nice to Have

Experience managing 100+ unit portfolios, Knowledge of HVAC systems, Knowledge of Plumbing, Knowledge of Electrical basics, Experience with compliance and safety standards, Background in preventive maintenance programs

What You'll Do.

Handle daily maintenance requests

Log and track requests in Yardi/AppFolio/Buildium

Prioritize urgent issues

and track work orders

Ensure tickets resolved within SLA timelines

Schedule and dispatch vendors for repairs

Verify vendor availability

Review vendor invoices

Hold vendors accountable to timelines

Schedule recurring preventive maintenance services

Maintain maintenance calendars and logs

Maintain audit-ready records

Ensure compliance with OSHA

Ensure compliance with local building codes

Prepare weekly reports on tickets

Deliver monthly insights on spend

Central hub between tenants, vendors, and property owners; Work with product team
