What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years in Property management, 2+ years in Maintenance coordination, Hands-on experience with Yardi / AppFolio / Buildium, organizational and multitasking ability, Experience with Vendor scheduling, Experience with Invoice review, Experience with Maintenance workflows, Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Nice to Have
Experience managing 100+ unit portfolios, Knowledge of HVAC systems, Knowledge of Plumbing, Knowledge of Electrical basics, Experience with compliance and safety standards, Background in preventive maintenance programs

Handle 10–20 daily maintenance requests
Log and track requests
Prioritize urgent issues
and track work orders
Ensure tickets resolved within SLA
Follow up until full resolution
Close tickets after tenant confirmation
Schedule and dispatch vendors
Verify vendor availability
Verify vendor Licensing
Verify vendor Insurance compliance
Schedule recurring services
Maintain maintenance calendars
Maintain audit-ready records
Ensure compliance with OSHA
Ensure compliance with Local building codes
Prepare weekly reports
Deliver monthly insights
