What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7-10+ years of experience in hospitality management, proven track record of success in leading properties with multiple asset classes (hotel, F&B, retail etc), business acumen with expertise in revenue management, distribution, and financial management, Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners, Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with property management systems, experience with revenue management software, Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
