Must Have
Proven experience in property management or facility management within the real estate sector, knowledge of building operations, maintenance standards, and regulatory compliance requirements (BCA and other relevant authorities), Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and handle accounts payable processes, Excellent organizational and administrative skills with proficiency in preparing correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, vendor and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors, Experience in utilities monitoring, energy management, and implementing cost-saving initiatives, Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, with problem-solving and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
Previous experience managing similar-sized commercial or mixed-use properties, Familiarity with operations management systems (OMS) and property management software, Knowledge of tenancy agreements, lease administration, and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) recovery charges, Understanding of fire protection systems, lift maintenance, pest control, and landscaping service standards, Experience in preparing submissions to regulatory authorities and maintaining warranty records, analytical skills to identify trends in utilities consumption and operational inefficiencies, Professional certifications in property management, facility management, or related fields
What You'll Do.
Oversee all facets of property management—from administration and operational efficiency to tenancy management and energy optimization
Ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction
Act as the key liaison between clients
and regulatory authorities
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements
Review and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Ensure timely follow-up on complaints and action items
Prepare weekly/monthly meeting documents and reports
Conduct regular inspections of common areas

Ensure maintenance standards meet Management and regulatory requirements
Monitor daily utilities consumption
Detect irregularities
Implement cost-saving measures
Manage energy efficiency initiatives across the property
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs

Liaise on repairs and fitting-out works
Prepare accurate and timely monthly performance reports
Manage accounts payable including invoice processing and approval
Handle emergency situations including power failures
and structural damage
Implement established procedures and coordinate appropriate response teams
