What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma in Building or Facilities Discipline from a recognized tertiary institution with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience (M&E, civil, or building background preferred) OR ITE/NTC facility management or technical discipline with minimum 3 years' experience, Proven experience in facilities management within a building environment (mechanical, electrical, or industrial settings accepted), technical and project management knowledge, Solid understanding of facilities operations and statutory requirements, Knowledge of safety, environmental, and compliance standards applicable to facility operations, Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Experience working in industrial, warehouse, or terrace workshop environments, Familiarity with JTC properties or similar facilities, Background in defects management and DLP processes, problem-solving ability with a proactive, independent work style, Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a pleasant personality, Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure, MS Project and advanced Excel are advantageous but not essential
What You'll Do.
Manage building operations including M&E systems
and general facility maintenance
Engage directly with tenants to address their needs
coordinate work activities
and minimize disruption
Monitor and follow up on repair and replacement work
ensuring defects are rectified
Conduct regular site inspections and attend meetings with stakeholders
Follow up on feedback and close cases on a weekly basis
maintaining strict SLA compliance
Prepare and submit engineering
Champion a "Safety First" culture by identifying safety risks and ensuring contractor adherence
Serve as the single point of contact for all facilities services at the site
Remain on standby 24/7 to respond to critical situations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between building owners, facilities management companies, tenants, and contractors; Attend meetings with building owners, FMC, tenants, and contractors; Escalate issues to management when necessary
