Assist the SFM and FM as the Site supervisors and assist the Core Team but not limited to the following: * in all site measurement and records, * uploading of field data to the computerised FM system, * planning of works and services including considerations for improvement works, and * controlling the resourcing and support of subcontractors and specialists. **Required Qualifications:** * Possess a Diploma preferably in Building, Technical or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognised establishment (preferably with M&E background) with a minimum 3 years relevant working experience as a Property Executive/equivalent role or at least 8 continuous years’ of relevant working experience as a Property Executive/equivalent role.
