Must Have
Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering, or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in facility, property, or operations management, Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with at least 3 years of practice, Knowledge of BMSMA laws related to multi-Tier MCST, Experience in M&E and facilities management of high-end commercial or mixed-use developments, Excellent technical knowledge of premises management, Proficiency in relevant software and technologies used in property management
