What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma in Building or Facilities Discipline from a recognized tertiary institution with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience (M&E, civil, or building background preferred) OR ITE/NTC facility management or technical discipline with minimum 3 years' experience, Proven experience in facilities management within a building environment (mechanical, electrical, or industrial settings accepted), technical and project management knowledge, Solid understanding of facilities operations and statutory requirements, Knowledge of safety, environmental, and compliance standards applicable to facility operations, Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Experience working in industrial, warehouse, or terrace workshop environments, Familiarity with JTC properties or similar facilities, Background in defects management and DLP processes, problem-solving ability with a proactive, independent work style, Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a pleasant personality, Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure, MS Project and advanced Excel are advantageous but not essential
What You'll Do.
Manage building operations including M&E systems

Conduct regular site inspections and attend meetings with stakeholders

Serve as the single point of contact for all facilities services at the site
Remain on standby 24/7 to respond to critical situations

This is a critical, independent role where you'll manage day-to-day building operations including M&E systems, cleanliness standards, pest control, and most importantly—tenant engagement and coordination. You'll oversee repair and replacement work, manage defects rectification throughout the Defects Liability Period, and serve as the primary liaison between building owners, facilities management companies, tenants, and contractors. This isn't a high-rise intelligent building—it's an open-area terrace workshop environment that requires regular site walking, climbing stairs, and being ready to respond 24/7 to critical situations like fire or electrical outbreaks.
