You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations and provide superior customer service. This entry-level position provides an outstanding opportunity to launch your career in commercial property management, where you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth and development. **Expected Compensation: $24.00 - $31.25 per hour** _The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant 's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data_ _._ Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm ## What your day-to-day will look like: * Oversee daily coworking operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining common areas, meeting rooms, and amenities to premium standards while monitoring building systems and coordinating timely repairs * Manage all meeting room scheduling, bookings, and setup through the reservation system while tracking licensee allocations and identifying revenue opportunities through supplementary bookings * Serve as primary mail handler by receiving, sorting, logging, and securely storing incoming mail and packages; process outgoin
