Overseeing lease negotiations and maintaining strong

collaborative relationships with retail

Reporting within Property and Facilities, this role focuses on managing a defined split of the portfolio, ensuring continuity of service, strong tenant relationships and commercially sound outcomes. Operating across both strategic and operational contexts, you will shape leasing activity, oversee financial performance and contribute to university-wide commercial initiatives that support student experience, institutional sustainability and long-term portfolio value.
