Must Have
4–7+ years accounting experience, understanding of accounting principles
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Prior experience leading or mentoring team members, Experience with property accounting systems
What You'll Do.
Oversee daily accounting activities
Record transactions accurately
Monitor team workloads
Ensure deadlines are met
Support monthly close processes
Review reconciliations
Assist in preparation of financial statements
Assist in preparation of reporting packages
Ensure completeness of supporting documentation
Ensure accuracy of supporting documentation
Provide supervision to accounting staff
Provide guidance to accounting staff
Provide support to accounting staff
Train new team members
Reinforce standard processes
Reinforce standard procedures
Review work for quality
Provide feedback for improvement
Serve as first level escalation point
Research accounting issues
Resolve accounting issues
Research transactional issues
Resolve transactional issues
Escalate risks to manager

Ensure adherence to workflows
