translate workflows into requirements; turn real-world accounting cases into clear requirements and acceptance pressure-test features before release; validate prorations, allocations, adjustments, and charge/credit logic for accuracy and explainability; develop representative test cases; confirm outputs reconcile to expectations; distill patterns and edge cases from enterprise customers into durable standards and playbooks
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in multifamily property accounting or controllership at a PMC/owner-operator/REIT, Deep knowledge across GL & sub-ledgers, resident ledgers, deposits, and US GAAP grounding, CPA or similar credentials, Comfortable communicating with client accounting/operations/leasing teams, Crisp stakeholder communications, including writing & presentations, Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
Nice to Have
Experience working in a software / SaaS environment, Familiarity with leading multifamily systems and data handoffs, Familiarity with AI and/or automation as they relate to accounting workflows
