Deploy to Prop A-TG Mission Systems IPT Leader
Perform multiple engineering tasks
Develop and execute project plans

Prop A-TG Flight Simulation Labs Level 2 IPT Leader **Company:** The Boeing Company The Flight Simulation | Labs organization at The Boeing Company is currently seeking an M Level **Prop A-TG Flight Simulation Labs Level 2 IPT Leader** to lead a team responsible for the Flight Simulation Labs scope on the Prop A-TG Program located in **Berkeley, MO**. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. The Flight Simulation | Labs organization provides a comprehensive simulation and laboratory solution for the design, development, integration and deployment of Boeing defense products. The Prop A-TG Flight Simulation Labs Level 2 IPT Leader will be responsible for the Boeing cross-functional leadership, tasking, ownership, and oversight of the technical execution of the design, development, testing, and delivery of complex Avionics Hardware/Software/System integration facilities and software simulation products in support of the Prop A-TG program. In this role, the Manager will deploy to the Prop A-TG Mission Systems IPT Leader and report to the Flight Simulation Labs Capability Leader. The position will be responsible for a multi discipline team performing multiple engineering tasks including requirements development, hardware development, software development, verification testing, system analysis, simulation/SIL deployment and testing, and Iron Bird/Copper bird development and support. The engineering leader will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, acquiring resources for project development, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical oversight on team activities, leading process improvements, and employee development.
