What You'll Achieve.
Prove the integrity of production and inspection fixtures
Industry & Context.
CMM and GOM asset and programmes troubleshooting
2 shift rotas, 2 Shift Rotation: Mon – Thurs 6am – 2pm, Friday 6am – 12 noon, Mon – Thurs 1pm – 8. 30 pm, Fri 11 – 5pm
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship, NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification
Nice to Have
Experience in Operating and Programming CMM machines, Experience in programming in Polyworks or other CAD software, Casting, Machining and Tooling Drawing Appreciation including geometric and dimensional tolerancing (ASME & ISO Standards), Trigonometry calculations including compound angles, First Principles Measurement using sine tables, height gauges, sine bars and slip gauges etc.

Work closely with Operations and Engineering
Carry out First Article Inspection (FAI)
Meeting all blade inspection standards
Audit of blade records
Storing and recording master blades
