## Accountabilities You will be responsible for executing in-store merchandising strategies across your assigned route, ensuring product visibility, availability, and compliance with planograms. You will visit retail stores according to a defined schedule, monitor shelf conditions, and implement promotional campaigns and point-of-sale materials. You will also support sales performance by identifying opportunities to improve product placement, ensuring proper stock rotation, and optimizing in-store displays. Administrative tasks such as reporting store visits, collecting field data, and updating execution records are part of your routine. You will work closely with store teams to strengthen relationships and ensure consistent execution standards. Execute store visits and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines Monitor product assortment, stock levels, and shelf execution Implement promotional campaigns and in-store visibility materials Report field activities and maintain accurate execution records Support sales objectives through improved product exposure and placement Build strong relationships with retail partners in the assigned territory Requirements: You bring prior experience in merchandising, field sales, or retail execution, ideally within FMCG environments. You are comfortable working independently in a field-based role and managing a structured store route. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact daily with store managers and staff. You are results-driven, organized, and motivated by achieving performance targets. Basic digital literacy is required for reporting and field tools usage.
